Buffalo's Gathering Place.

One brewmaster. One city. A whole day worth Exploring.

Some breweries sell beer. We sell the reason to stay a little longer. Buffalo Olde Brewery is a gathering place first. A warm room in the Lovejoy neighborhood where friends meet, stories get retold, and a pint turns an ordinary evening into something worth remembering. Our beer is brewed right here, with locally sourced barley and hops and the kind of care that only comes from one person who knows the grain by hand. No corporate recipe. No shortcuts. Just clean, flavorful, modern-classic beer made to be shared.

We stand for community the way Buffalo stands for itself: loyal, intentional, and warm to the core. We're proud to brew in Lovejoy, proud to partner with the neighbors who keep this city buzzing, and proud to carry a piece of Buffalo's brewing legacy forward. Come find your seat.

Brewed by one.

Tom's been brewing since 1988, before it was called "craft", starting at Denver's Wynkoop Brewing and helping grow it into one of the largest brewpubs in the country. Over three decades he's designed and run award-winning breweries across the U.S., consulted internationally, judged at the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup, and served on the Brewers Association board. Now he's back in rubber boots at Buffalo Olde, brewing clean, high-quality, flavorful beer for a city he's come to love. His conviction, unchanged after all these years: delicious beer is the elixir that creates conversation and community.
